RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                              
Shareholders are referred to the detailed cautionary announcement released on   
SENS on 16 September 2011 and 28 October 2011, and 13 December 2011, which      
advised shareholders that the Company had entered into negotiations to acquire  
and consolidate a diversified property portfolio for a possible reverse listing.
The portfolio has been partly restructured, enhancing the portfolio and         
agreements have been prepared and are in the process of being signed and pro    
forma financial effects for the above-mentioned transaction are being finalised.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when       
dealing in the Company`s securities until a final terms announcement is made.
